- Reimbursements are only available for some of the Batavia campus internships. Please reference the internship details for each individual internship program.
- If your internship covers mileage reimbursement and you decide to travel by private automobile, Fermilab Batavia campus will reimburse drivers for their initial trip to the lab and their last trip home from the lab. You must a provide a mailing address to and from your residence.
- Transportation expenses will be reimbursed based on the most direct route.
- Travel by a private automobile will be reimbursed at the current government rate or the cost of the lowest commercial airfare, whichever is lower.
