I will be out of the country before my internship start date. Does the lab pay for/cover international flights for interns?

Fermilab does not pay for international flights arriving to or departing from your internship.

Can I extend my stay in Illinois after my internship ends?

You may extend your stay at your expense. Fermilab does not provide financial support for your extended stay. You are responsible for any airfare and housing cost differences.
